1. With The Use of Hot Water

Looking for a way to remove acrylic nails without acetone? Start with this hot water method. It’s the safest way to remove your acrylic nails.

Soak your nails in hot water for 10 minutes. Now use a nail tip to just wedge in between your natural nail and the acrylic nail. Keep moving around your nail tip just so that you can find where you can easily come off.

Then sometimes you can pop off and also sometimes you may see there it is not as easy. If you are finding many difficulties, then I am suggesting you just take your nails and put it right back and soak it again for 5 minutes.

Basically, the work of hot soapy water is breaking up the bond and adhesion between the acrylic nails and your actual nails. It is just helping to break that down. It makes things a lot easier when you are removing acrylic nails.

Use the same path on your other hand of least resistance and remove all of the nails. Now you can perform a regular manicure to make your nails look perfect.

2. With the use of Dental Floss

For this method, you need a floss with the toothpick part at the end of it. This method will not ruin your nails or not going to mess up your nails. You may also find it hard, but it will be easy if you do it once.

Begin with taking the toothpick part of the floss and just stick it in between your acrylic nail and real nail. Creating an inlet on the cuticle helps a lot too. Just push it in between. When you are going to start to do is lift it up a little bit. And keep moving it around and loosening up the Acrylic gel from your real nail.

Now you are going to just dig it around there. When you feel that your nail is loose enough like the gel is gone as much as you can take out.

With the help of your floss, try to floss your nails like you are flossing your teeth. Then slide it in there and hold on to the nail with another finger. Make one quick pull from the floss; just pull the floss, and then your nail is off.

This is pretty easy to follow the process for removing acrylic nails. To do this, you will just need a nail filer and some orange sticks. Having orange sticks is great for extra support.

Once you are done with the process, scrape off the top layer of your nails. This takes away any extra adhesive stuck on your fingernails.
